Over the weekend I went out for a friend’s birthday brunch in Washington Heights, NYC; Home to many Dominicans living in NYC. The brunch was filled with people eating, drinking and rocking to Reggaeton blasting through the speakers. I remember not being a fan of Reggaeton, but like Steve Urkelto Laura Winslow, the hearing it over the years”wore me down.” I even have a few songs in my playlists it has slowing gained it’s way into my playist over the last few years.
