Caribbean Tales Worldwide Distribution continues to showcase talented Caribbean film makers and will showcase at the upcoming Toronto Film Festival. This will be the second year Caribbean Tales has taken part of the film festival. I went to the Caribbean Tales Film Festival during Caribbean-American Heritage Month here in New York a few weeks ago. Frances Solomon
Among other goals, the Toronto showcase aims to raise the profile of Caribbean filmmakers and their products, support the growth of a vibrant world-class Caribbean film and television industry, and serve as a platform for promoting the Caribbean as a premier warm weather travel destination and location for film production.

Mikelah is a Caribbean Culture expert, curating the bridge between the Caribbean and its diaspora. A CUNY Baruch College graduate with a BBA in Marketing. With previous experience with Caribbean lifestyle brands such as VP Records, Tempo TV and JAMROCK Magazine. Currently serving as a digital marketing maven by day, while continuing to collaborate with Caribbean brands.
