How could the foodie in me not have found this site sooner! I came across Caribbean Pot through the Uncommon Caribbean (another blog I recently found through twitter) as soon as I clicked on the site’s Youtube page I instantly became hungry. Soups, stews and vegetarian dishes all seem quite yummy to me. Chris De La Rosa offers a variety of recipes for dishes with a Caribbean flavor and not just one particular island in mind. I think I’m going to try this Island Stew Chicken with Chick Peas soon. Check out this Steamed Fish recipe.
